I know the feeling... sometimes just getting away from normal scenery helps... but then again, when you don't have the energy, it feels pretty hopeless.
I've had days where I had to resort to giving myself one instruction at a time, "stand up, step forward, step forward, open the door, step forward,"... Sometimes I'll end up in the woods, sometimes I'll end up on main street, but I usually just end up in my bed room... "fail". I guess they can't all be winners.
